Too many ideas

I started drawing the monkeys after a friend of mine died and I was so devastated I really couldn’t do a thing. Then I found I could paint monkeys. I thought I would paint 100 of them to just help me calm down, but when I got to 100 I found it wasn’t enough. That was three years ago. The other night when I couldn’t sleep I painted 25 of them in a row. —Lynda Barry
